Welcome to Bookplate Ink where we take pride in providing personalized bookplates to satisfied customers throughout the world. Our bookplates, while reasonably priced, are custom printed on high quality self-adhesive vellum paper. No messy paste or glue, and our bookplates are acid-free and archival quality. Bookplate Ink provides the most comprehensive selection of classic Antioch Bookplate designs.

Bookplate Ink also specializes in printing bookplates from original artwork or logos.
Custom Designs may be sent to us camera ready or we can design a bookplate from artwork you provide. Your company or school may want a bookplate with its own logo included in the design. Or perhaps you are an author, and would like to use bookplates with your own artwork to offer autographed copies of your books.

Bookplates are a useful and attractive way to identify the books in your personal, public, university, professional, or religious library. They lend a personal touch to your books and ensure they are returned to you safely.

Bookplates are also used by authors for book signings, for memorial collections in libraries, as corporate gifts, and can be a great way to encourage reading in children!

Originally located in Yellow Springs, Ohio, Bookplate Ink has been personalizing designs from The Antioch Company, formerly known as the Antioch Bookplate Company, since the early 1980s. Continuing this tradition, many of the designs available through Bookplate Ink are classic designs no longer available from The Antioch Company.

Personalized bookplates make great gifts. A gift card can be included in your order upon request and gift certificates are also available.

AUTHORS! Bookplate Ink is proud to have been mentioned by author Rita Gerlach on the Writer Gazette, a resource for writers, at writergazette.com. We have the largest selection of classic bookplates, printed on acid-free cream colored paper. We also have color designs printed on white paper.

Many authors sign bookplates instead of signing books. Bookplates are convenient to ship to customers and bookstores. We have several "border" designs suitable for signings and also print bookplates with custom artwork.

In response to many requests, we are now offerin1g pre-printed non-personalized bookplates at a discounted price. Click on "pre-printed" under the "Bookplate" menu above to view this line of bookplates. These make wonderful gifts and are perfect stocking stuffers! Bookplates encourage children to read and enhance pride in ownership.

We are pleased to once again bring back into print many favorite Antioch Bookplate Company designs from years past. In the B&W gallery, some specialty designs include one for veterinarians (F697), a popular fairy design (F101) and desert and cowboy designs (D300 and C001). We have also added another beautiful Rockwell Kent design (F701).

In the color gallery, we have added a delightful series from Antioch originally titled "Young Moderns" (Y100, Y200, and Y300). And a personal favorite, S201, at the bottom of the color gallery, is a beautiful ocean painting.

These "new" Antioch designs are scattered throughout the galleries, so take your time looking at the designs before making your selection!

Bookplate Ink is the place to find Antioch designs! Bookplate Ink is proud to carry on the fine tradition of the original Antioch Bookplate Company, which began printing bookplates in the 1930s. Now known as The Antioch Company, they have discontinued their line of bookplates. Please call or e-mail if you don't find the design you want. We may have it, but are not currently showing it on our website.

We have introduced many new designs!
Most of these designs are "classics" that have been out of print for some time now. Of particular note are designs A121, A122, and A123, which are by the well-known artist Rockwell Kent.
